Meet Your Doula
Hello, I’m Rose, a doula serving in the Bitterroot Valley and a mother of two. I believe every birth is a special and profound event that deserves intentional care and recognition. I aim to help you feel more educated, confident, and prepared to make informed decisions during labor and birth. I’m here to be a sounding board for you, to project your voice and your needs.
My primary goal is for you to have a safe and fulfilling birth experience and to feel supported and cared for throughout the whole process. It would be an honor to come alongside you as you enter a new stage of motherhood, whether it’s your first birth or you are an experienced mother.
What I Offer
Before Birth
Two to three in-home visits to discuss your birth plan, comfort measures, and plan for postpartum.
During Birth
Continuous emotional and hands on support and coaching during labor, birth, and immediate postpartum.
After Birth
Support with first latch and one in-home postpartum visit to discuss your birth story.
